When customers come into our store they often ask questions that are similar to those who came before them. In order to make your experience with us more convenient, we offer this list of Frequently Asked Questions. Here you will find a list of questions that may address what you're looking for. • Do You Offer A Dress Registry?
  As a courtesy to our customers, for our Premier dress lines, we make it a point to not sell the exact same dress style in the same color to more than one customer for the same school event or pageant. Our dress registry applies only to Glass Slipper clients for the event to which it was registered.
• When do I need to pay for my dress?
  You need to pay for the dress when it comes in. You will have five days before it is sent back to the factory.
• What is a special order?
  Items NOT presently in stock are considered a special order and a final sale.
• Do you require a deposit to special order a dress.
  A 50% non refundable deposit is required on special orders before the order is placed.
• Why are Bridal appointments suggested?
  Each bride at The Glass Slipper Boutique meets with her own personal consultant and is provided a private dressing room where she is assisted in determining the styles best suited for her figure and designs most desirable to her dreams. Because of the personal interaction and in order to maintain a high level of service, appointments are scheduled.
• What's the big deal? It's only a dress. After all, I'm only wearing it once!
  A wedding gown is much more than just a dress. It is the centerpiece of a joyous day. Your wedding day produces the ultimate "what will I wear" question. No piece of clothing says more about you or your dreams than your wedding gown. You, the bride, are the center of attention at your wedding and you will be looking at wedding photos of yourself for decades to come. Your wedding gown is the most important and emotional dress you will ever buy.
• Do you offer alterations?
  All alterations fees are paid directly to our specialist and NOT to The Glass Slipper. See store for details.
• Do you offer financing?
  We have a lay-a-way program to suit your needs. 90 days same as cash: Prom/Pageant/special occasion, with a minimum $50.00 Deposit. 180 days same as cash: Wedding/Custom Pageant, some items require a 50% deposit (See store for details).
• What payment options do you accept?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. If you would like to make other payment arrangements please contact us to discuss our lay-a-way plan
